XXXTentacion’s Estate Files Trademark to Use Name on Official Merchandise

The trademark filing will allow the late rapper’s estate to use his name on jerseys, jackets, hats, T-shirts, sweatpants, collared shirts and hoodies. The claim was filed near the end of June, shortly after XXXTentacion was gunned down.

An official merch store launched earlier this month, featuring T-shirts, shorts and a hoodie, but the products are currently only available for pre-order. Prices for the merchandise range from $35 to $75.
